Pre Project 8 "Clip Masking"


How to clip mask?
1. First you double click the lock on your background
2.Select your Paint bucket tool and select a color for your background. Apply the color to your background.
3. Select a photo to be your background. Try to choose a photo with different colors from the color of your background.
4. Use your Marquee tool to apply it to your main photo
5. Then select your Type tool and insert a text to the photo. Choose an appropriate font, color and size.
6. Rasterize your text layer.
7. Select the Edit button at the top of your screen and select the Free Transform button (or press Ctrl. + T). Resize it to the appropriate size.
8. Select your Wand tool and select your Text
9. Then delete your Text layer. It should leave the outline of the text.
10. Add a Layer Mask

What did I do good?
I have all I need to have call it a movie poster
What could I have done differently?
I should have made the size of the poster larger

What did I do good?
I like how I used the rose instead of an "I". I also like the font I used.
What could I have done differently?
I could of made my logo larger so that it can occupy more space.
